Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the completed return form is included inside the parcel.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal location; please retain your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
